This involved the demolition of existing building in order to facilitate the construction of this complex. Access to the site was restricted due to the fact that a large proportion of the site was located on John Street Dingle. Due care had to be taken to ensure that any of the adjoining properties were not damaged or interfered with during the construction of the complex.
