Southbound Properties Ltd undertook an exciting new venture in December 07, for Kerry County Council. The Construction of the much awaited Pier at Scraggane, Castlegregory. The project showed Southbound's ability to deliver a complicated civil engineering project on time and within budget. The project presented many challenges, such as dealing with health and safety conditions relating to working in and above water; completing the project on time despite tidal conditions and short working days; logistical issues due to the location of the pier and the supervision and management of Specialist Diving teams.
