Southbound Properties Ltd is to undertake an exciting new venture for Kerry County Council – The construction of the much awaited Pier at Scraggane, Castlegregory.

This project will allow Southbound to prove their ability to undertake complicated civil engineering projects. The project will present many challenges such as: dealing with health and safety conditions relating to working in and above water; completing the project in a timely manner despite tidal conditions and short working days; logistical issues due to the location of the pier and the supervision and management of Specialist Diving teams.
